-Deadlift, Hang Power Clean, Push Press, Front Squat (115, 135, 145, 155, 165)
-2000 meter Row- 200 meter 50-60%, 200 meter 90-100% (7:45)
Felt good today. The sequence became difficult quick! See you all tomorrow.

We did back squats, 5 sets of 3. PR of 145!!
Then a nice (ha!) 3 rounds of 8 heavy thrusters (65 lbs) and 225m row AFAP. Whew!!
