CFPP Offers a monthly ongoing one hour indoor/outdoor (weather permitting) Bootcamp that will transform your body composition and kick up your metabolism (with nutritional guidance and adherence) helping you to lose body fat faster than traditional cardiovascular programs.

Our Bootcamp will increase your cardio respiratory endurance as well as your overall strength by using a proven strength and conditioning functional fitness program. We structure each workout program so everyone involved will achieve an intense workout based on their own fitness needs and/or limitations. All Fitness levels, ages and sizes are welcome!

If you are looking for a fitness program that will increase your overall fitness and create a slimmer, toned and stronger you……CFPP Bootcamp is for you.

Class Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30am

Nutritional counseling, monthly assessments and body fat skin caliper measurements are available to help in goal tracking.

Rates

Drop in Rate: $20 per class
10 class session package $180.00 ($18.00 per class)
20 class session package $300 ($15.00 per class)
Monthly unlimited package $150.00 per month ($12.50 per class). Bank Draft/Credit Card processing.
