I have a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification in Exercise Nutrition which is a comprehensive nutrition education program. I have been working with clients for over 3 years to help people achieve their health and wellness goals. My goal is to educate, support and empower everyone I work with.
Through my personal journey I became aware that health and wellness not only relies on knowing what to do, but how to make it happen in our ongoing, busy lives. I practice a “progress over perfection” approach which allows clients to create a healthy life in a way that is maintainable, flexible, and rewarding one step at a time.
I have experience in working with a variety of clientele from people who would like to reach their optimal weight by losing pounds and inches, increase muscle mass through a combination of diet and exercise, eliminate food groups and/or foods that are not ideal for their health, and people who want to improve their overall health using diet and exercise. I have experience in working with different meal plans that include low-carb, keto, paleo, gluten free, and dairy free.
My overall goal is to help people develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for them and implement changes that will improve their health and help them reach their goals.
