FREE “Bring a FRIEND” SATURDAYS:
One visit per “friend”. On the following Saturdays throughout 2012, clients may bring in a friend to any Saturday CrossFit class to experience bodyweight extravaganza workout. “Friend” will need to bring with them completed paperwork downloaded from website under the FORMS tab.
