I am a wife, mother of two very active boys, figure competitor and Certified Crossfit trainer. I understand the demands of balancing a busy life with the desire to stay fit, healthy, strong and energized. The exact reasons why “I love CrossFit.”
I cannot remember a time when I was not interested or involved in health and fitness. One of my first jobs at the age of 16 was working at Gold’s Gym in Florida. After many years in the gym industry trying many different workout routines, I finally became bored with the slow isometric movements of traditional exercising.
I voiced my opinion to a trainer who introduced me to CrossFit’s “Filthy Fifty” for my first workout. I was so exhausted after 30 minutes I went home and collapsed for a two-hour nap! When I woke up, I was totally hooked. It was that kind of intensity that I had been searching for – “Intense, Challenging and Effective.” Six months later, I attended a CrossFit level 1 certification in Jacksonville, Florida. Now I get the joy of sharing the challenge and passion of CrossFit with others on a daily basis through the WOD (workout of the Day).
I am committed to staying in shape. Live a full life and help others do the same through the community of CrossFit. I am a professional… Take your body to the next level – make the “Crossfit Commitment.”

We strive to be set apart from the rest…the last stop in your fitness journey.
Philosophy Of CrossFit Power Performance: CFPP is a functional fitness facility that follows CrossFit Methodology in Coaching. We believe in functional everyday movements in fitness, NO Machines, NO Gimmicks…NO Shortcuts. We believe in training all ten characteristics of physical fitness: Cardio Respiratory Endurance, Speed, Strength, Agility, Balance, Flexibility, Coordination, Stamina, Power and Accuracy. These physical characteristics push athletes to become faster, stronger, agile and explosive no matter the sport.
Who we are: We specialize in results based fitness that encourages each athlete to reach their fullest potential. We believe we can challenge our athletes to reach their maximum potential with a strong community support system and knowledgeable coaches. CFPP requires ACCOUNTABILITY from coach to athlete AND athlete to coach. Any goal worth achieving requires accountability, commitment and determination. CrossFit Power Performance motivates athletes to be their BEST.
What to Expect at CrossFit Power Performance: RESPECT. We are a NO NONSENSE facility that strives to achieve RESULTS for all of our athletes. We strive to encourage a healthy lifestyle change that will influence friends and family to do the same. Our facility is determined to create positive mental energy from the moment each athlete walks through our doors. We place a strong emphasis on developing a positive mental “I CAN DO IT” attitude. CFPP promotes core values, hard work, determination and healthy self- esteem for a strong and confident character in each of our athletes no matter what the age. We create a community of support and guidance through a fitness journey to greater achievements. Coaches and staff work hard and train with intensity and commitment to achieve and promote a level of “Total Fitness”. CFPP expects each athlete to work hard…..SWEAT and give their best EVERY workout!!
