Mission Statement

At Power Performance Strength and Conditioning, we use functional fitness training methods with various types of free weight equipment, machines and non-traditional training equipment such as sledgehammers, tires, walls to climb and sleds. We regularly have our clients use their own bodyweight for gymnastics style movements in our training. We use these methods to train our clients in personal training, one-on-one appointments and our group training to build & maintain strength and fitness.
