What Is Crossfit

"CrossFit involves a group-workout environment that provides encouragment, camaraderie, and just enough “competition” that drives you to work harder than you would alone. You will find yourself chasing fitness goals that you never thought you could achieve; rope climbs, lifts, speed, endurance. You will be coached properly by expert trainers who will provide effective and safe warm ups, cool downs, and stretching to keep you injury free. In a word, CrossFit is fitness."
